Love
By all means marry; if you get a good wife, you'll be happy. If you get a bad one, you'll become a philosopher.
Socrates
Love bursts forth when no thing is there to prevent it. Love cannot be forced into existence. Love must be spontaneous and this spontaneity can only occur when all factors which block love are not present. To do nothing which prevents the natural flow of love. The action has no name.
Any movement away from what is real is a dissipation of energy. When we move our attention onto the unreal we lose our power. Focusing on worrying thoughts which may or may not be true are unreal. They are possibilities not actualities. Your natural energy is dissipated and your feel tense and tired perhaps even depressed. The tension is the dissipating energy flowing through only a fragment of your body as any image is a fragment of All That Is. When tensions are allowed to continue dis-eases develop.
Love is the natural energy flowing through your entire unified body steady and balanced. This love will not differentiate between husbands and wives, families, friends, or pets. This love is simply the sensing, feeling, and acting in unison with All That Is or I Am That I Am. A simple example; a friend knocks on your door. You answer and he is obviously soaking wet and despondent. Automatically sensing this you let him in, get him a dry situation, and find our what the problem is and how you can help. Sensing the situation, feeling compassion, and taking action. This is love. The tension of worry and fear no longer prevents the flow of love.
No imbalances. Imbalances create tension. Tension potential difference, voltage, pressure.
Love and Joy are in my mind one and the same.
